TERMS OF SALE
Payments
All animals must be paid for prior to shipping, or being picked up if your local, a deposit is required to hold animals, deposit amount 25% or $50 dollars which ever is more. Reasonable short term payment plans available at my discretion. Deposits are non refundable unless other arrangements are agreed upon!
Health
All animals are guaranteed to be outwardly healthy, and free of internal and external parasites, for 3 weeks. Contact has to be made as soon as an issue arises and we will discuss how to handle it on a case by case basis.
Sex of animal
Babies, all babies are guaranteed to be sexed properly, this is good for 6 months, I highly recommend you double check the sex of the Baby as soon as your comfortable doing so. If it is not sexed correctly contact me and we will work out how to handle it. After 6 months I’m going to assume the sex is correct and the guarantee is fulfilled.
Shipping
General,
Shipping is done through FedEx priority overnight, or delta express depending on which is more appropriate. box and shipping materials provided by me, temperatures have to be appropriate, no shipping to homes when above 90 degrees, or below 50 degress. Holding at the hub available at the range of 40-95 degrees. No shipping when below 40.
Cost
The cost of shipping is included in the price of an animal up to 2 years old. For adult animals buyer will pay actual shipping up to 100 dollars, I’ll cover anything over that, for large adult animals!
Live arrival
Live arrival guaranteed as long as all above temperature and shipping requirements are met, contact with me must be made within a reasonable amount of time, generally with in 2 hours of receipt of the animal. Contact me and we decide the best coarse of action!
