So what happens when you sell a snake, agree on an amount, a date to ship, receive payment, and then the stupid thing dies on you? I’ll tell all about my experience with it and how much it sucked this week!!
So what happens when the unspeakable happens, and now you have their money and the snake is dead? Well you absolutely can lie, send another snake and hope for the best. Or send the dead snake and blame it on fed ex, sound ridiculous but it has happened. I found complete and total honesty is the only way to handle it. How I handled it was I was completely honest and then tossed the ball to them and how would he like it handled. Through a lot of emails we figured out a full refund was the only way to make it work. This is tough to handle and process but living things die and sometimes at the worst possible times!!
Just remember, be honest and communicate with all parties. And buyers, please for god sake let us know how are animals are doing, and mostly let us know when it arrives!
